Company Profile:

A Reputable International Company is looking for Finance/Admin Managers to join our team. This role will be suitable for someone with experience in Financial Management.




Job Description:


•Monitor and give updates on every bank transaction for compliance with organization and donor procedures.

•Report to the members of the joint venture.

•Ensure timely collection of monthly bank statements.

•Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.

•Draft monthly financial reports.

Liaise with joint venture members to get monthly project estimates and, as necessary, prepare a wire request.

•Support enterprise staff management and logistics.

•Facilitate coordination of travel and logistics for relevant international staff as necessary.

•Ensure all official motorbikes undergo routine maintenance and are in a state of readiness for official use including licenses, insurance and the usage well accounted for.

•Keep track of all enterprise expenditures and revenues.

•Ensure electricity and water are in good working condition.

•Keep track of staff contracts, leave, medicals, pensions.

•Liaise with relevant labor and enterprise oversight authorities.

•Liaise with labor attorneys and authorities related organizational statutory matters.

•Any other duties that may be assigned by the joint venture members.

Job Requirement:

•Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related fields is required.

•Minimum of 5 years experience required, preferably including technical and administrative experience working on USAID development projects


•Excellent management, communication, organization and interpersonal skills are essential. Basic computer skills (word-processing, spreadsheets, and databases) are required.

•Fluency in English is required in the case of Sierra Leone. Fluency in French is required in the case of Guinea.
